Shipping policy

We dispatch orders on weekdays, Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after ordering. Delivery time is 5-12 days.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Ensure that all delivery information is correct. In case of errors and/or missing information, you may need to contact us to update the delivery details, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Your order will be delivered to you by a local postal agent. Please provide your complete address, otherwise the package you send to us will unfortunately be returned.

We work with a factory and supplier in China. Orders are shipped directly from our supplier. The reason for this is to reduce storage costs, overproduction, and ultimately provide you as a customer with a better price.
